With the development of supplier diversity program(SD)in the US,more and more States realize the importance of SD.Promoting large enterprises or institutions to purchase goods and services from businesses owned and operated by visible minority groups.SD can promotes the development of disadvantaged enterprises and solve many social problems.Because of the pressure of states and markets,some core enterprises began to embrace second-tier suppliers plan(that is to say,growing their own level of SD,they promote their suppliers to embrace SD).Core enterprises can greatly promote the dissemination of the concept of SD with second-tier suppliers plan.The plan has great social and economic significance.So it is essential to promote core enterprises embrace the plan in China.Embracing the program is influenced by government,non-government organizations(NGOs)and market.Therefore,I will study the decision model of core-enterprises and governments under the influence of these forces with game theory.In order to offer some related advises for China,I will try to analyze the conditions where the plan is easy to carry out.The main contents are as follows:(1)on the basis of the theory of stakeholders and analyzing how SD program is developed successfully in the US,I will study the influence forces and how they influence largest companies embrace SD and the second-tier suppliers plan.(2)Establishment of two evolutionary game models under the influence of NGOs / lack of influence of NGOs.The government has two strategies to choose.And the government can promote the core-enterprise to embrace SD or not.In the same way,the core-enterprise can encourage their suppliers embrace SD program or not.I will take credibility of government,economic interest and other related factors into account.And I will provide some recommends for government based on the conclusions.(3)Structure of Stackelberg game models with/without incentive mechanism between a largest retailer and its supplier in a two-stage supply chain.And the retailer is the core-enterprise in supply chain and it decides to make incentive mechanism or not.I introduces variable of SD preference degree of consumers as the influence of market.Comparing and analyzing many decision variables in the cases of with/without incentive mechanism,I will conclude when core enterprises promote their suppliers to embrace SD.
