Research On Fine-compensation Management Of CY Exploitation Factory

How to attract,retain and encourage the talents has become the fundamental goal of enterprise salary management.CY Production Plant is a traditional state-owned enterprise,facing the two venture,the salary system bases on post rank salary system and job skills wage system and not appraises and distinguishes the job value and job type reasonably,but links to administrative level and qualification more,it embodies insufficiently the values for the importance of different position.This paper started from the salary management theory,then by quoting the theory of salary management,the principle,objective and affecting factors of salary management,to analyze the existing problems and causes of the salary management of CY oil Production Plant.Basing on scientific salary theory and practical experience,this paper tried to use the fine management concepts to analyze the salary management of the CY oil Production Plant,and through refining various parts of fine salary management,to enhance the incentive effect and fairness of salary,improve the enthusiasm and creativity of the organization and the staff,optimize the original salary management system.Firstly,by analyzing the current situation of salary management of CY oil Production Plant,this paper revealed the problems in the salary management of the oil production plant,and expounded separately from the salary level,salary structure and performance evaluation.Secondly,this paper deeply analyzed the causes of the problems of salary management in oil production plant and analyzed deeply in the fairness and incentive salary management theory.Finally,this paper proposed the measures of refined implementation in the salary management of CY Production Plant and proposed a security scheme.Through this study,I hope to understand deeply in salary management status of CY oil Production Plant and the existing related problems,optimize and improve the salary management system suitable for CY oil Production Plant,make the salary management in oil production plant rejuvenated,and promote the ability of sustainable development of CY Production Plant.
