Research On Financial Support For The Construction Of Transportation Infrastructure In XinJiang

ransportation infrastructure is the basic of national economy and social development.It is the important support to guarantee for the development of economy and society.But with the special nature of the traffic infrastructure inherent,inefficient financial support has become one of the main problems of the construction of transportation infrastructure.Likely,Xinjiang transportation infrastructure also needs financial support,especially in the process of the development of the western region and the further implementation of Silk Road Economic Belt.Especially,it's particularly important to provide the financial support to Xinjiang's transportation infrastructure construction.The Research on financial support for the construction of transportation infrastructure in Xinjiang is very useful.it will perfect the theory and provide reference for the built of Silk Road Economic Belt.Based on the introduction of traffic infrastructure and the theory of financial support,this paper analy the capital structure of Xinjiang transportation infrastructure construction,and Xinjiang loan capital,the result is that there are three main sources of funding channels for Xinjiang transportation infrastructure,include the state budget funds,domestic loans and self financing.From 2008 to 2015,domestic loans,as one of the main sources of funds for the transportation infrastructure construction in Xinjiang,showed an increasing trend,but it is still very little.On this basis,select the measure of the development of Xinjiang's financial industry index and measure of Xinjiang transportation infrastructure construction index,and the data from 2008 to 2015,through grey correlation estimates,analysis existing financial problems in the process of Xinjiang transportation infrastructure,The correlation between domestic loans and the construction of transportation infrastructure in Xinjiang is relatively high,which is only lower than that of the national budget.But the relevance of the bond is lower than the domestic loans,indicating that the financial has different ways to support Xinjiang transport infrastructure,and the support has also changed with way.Taking into account the sources of funds and the correlation with the construction of Xinjiang transportation infrastructure.Select some representative indicators,and then through the DEA-Malmquist index of Xinjiang transportation infrastructure and financial support efficiency analysis.The results show that: there is some waste in the use of the fund.The study results indicate that there are some questions in the raising and use of funds of Xinjiang traffic infrastructure construction,combined with the actual situation,this paper putsforward some advices from three aspects of financial ecological environment,banking service,capital markets and the use of funds,hoping to expand the funding sources of Xinjiang's transportation infrastructure,and increase the lending,at the same time,improve the technical level of Xinjiang traffic infrastructure construction in the use of funds.
