Quality Management Research Of DD Company's Agile Development Project

In recent years,the Internet has developed rapidly,and in recent years the country has proposed and vigorously promoted the concept of'Internet+'.With the rapid development of the "Internet" and the concept of "Internet+",software has entered all aspects of people's lives.In order to respond quickly to the needs of the public and to quickly capture the market,software companies have adopted an agile development model.The core ideas of the agile development model are "incremental iteration","pay-as-you-go" and "embrace change".All of these features pose challenges to quality management,so how to make it fast,cycle shorten,dynamic change How to continue to ensure the high quality of software in the process has become a topic worth studying.This paper describes how to effectively analyze the main causes of quality problems by using Pareto's Law,Fishbone Diagram and other methods in the context of the quality management problem of Zhangjiakou Poverty Alleviation Big Data Project of a resource Internet company(referred to as DD company).A corresponding improvement plan is proposed for these main reasons.The scheme was implemented in the second phase of the Zhangjiakou Poverty Alleviation Big Data Proj ect.Through the implementation and monitoring of the implementation process,the summary of the implementation results provided valuable reference and basis for other projects of DD Company and even to the company-level quality management.
