Research On Decision Model And Coordination Mechanism Of Supply Chain Under Low Carbon Policy Constraints

The rapid growth of economy and the rapid development of technology improve the quality of life,at the same time it also caused the waste of resources and serious environmental pollution.Climate warming,haze and a series of extreme climate change poses a serious threat to human health and normal life.So Reducing emissions and achieving sustainable development of low carbon has become a serious problem for governments and scholars all over the world.As a result,governments have enacted corresponding policies and regulations to control carbon dioxide emissions,and the current low-carbon policies to control carbon emissions are mainly two low-carbon policies: carbon tax and carbon trading.Supply chain is one of the most important manufacturers of carbon,and the realization of emission reduction targets depends on the cooperation of enterprises in supply chain.The implementation of low-carbon policy has changed the original production and operation environment of the enterprise,which makes it face the new challenge of energy saving and emission reduction.The limitation of carbon emissions makes the production and operation of enterprises more complicated,and it has to be an important factor in enterprise decision making.However,targets the enterprise need to invest a lot of money to improve the tools of production technology,transportation,or cause the enterprise input-output imbalance,weaken the company's emission reduction will,so it is necessary for the government to implement emission reduction subsidies,to encourage enterprises of the emission reduction behavior.In addition,there are many uncertain factors in the low carbon supply chain operation process,the uncertainty of market demand is particularly prominent,because of the dual factors of market demand and price and the carbon emission reduction effect.This uncertainty may trigger a huge risk in the entire supply chain.Retailers as a direct winner of the demand information,for the pursuit of higher profits,with low carbon demand information about motivation,the misreporting will bring serious damage to the interests of the whole supply chain.Therefore,in the low carbon policy constraints,on how to effectively solve the coordination problem of supply chain,to avoid the low carbon demand information about risk,is the key to achieve emission reduction targets.Based on the above problems,this paper uses the game theory and operational research theory and method,constructs the decision model of two echelon supply chain with one manufacturer and one retailer,considering the existence of low carbon demand information lied about two kinds of risk situation,to explore the different policy of low carbon(carbon tax and carbon trading policy constraints)the optimal decision of enterprises and the coordination of supply chain.First of all,the paper sets up the centralized decision making and decentralized decision making model of government subsidies to low carbon.Stcckelberg game theory is used to solve the optimal emission reduction and ordering decision of manufacturers and retailers in this situation.And the coordination contract is designed to solve the optimal emission reduction policy and the optimal coordination coefficient,so as to realize the win-win situation and the overall coordination of the supply chain.Secondly,construct the model of supply chain needs to consider the risk information about.According to the information demand for low carbon retailers potential misreporting,the carbon emission reduction coefficient into the carbon tax and carbon trading two decision model,solving the two situations of the optimal decision of manufacturer and retailer,retailer analysis decision conditions and false demand information about impact on manufacturers and the whole supply chain profit.So we should design coordination contract to avoid this false risk,and in order to make the supply chain coordinate.Research shows that,without considering the needs of information about the case,the centralized decision-making of two kinds of low carbon policy under the constraint of optimal manufacturer and retailer of emission reductions and the order was greater than decentralized decision-making,and improve the revenue sharing contract can achieve supply chain coordination,arbitrary distribution in a certain range and can realize the total profit of the supply chain in the between the manufacturer and the retailer;at the same time improve the revenue sharing contract,also can very good avoid misreporting of retailers' demand information,and has better applicability.
