In recent years,our country social service industry rapid development,property management in which plays a positive role,bear the important responsibility.As the property management industry demand growing property project began in the direction of diversification development,put forward the development of property management company even more of a challenge.Human resources as a key part of the property company development,in the realization of enterprise strategic goals,improve project management play a more active role.Y property company a wholly state-owned company,established in 1998,is mainly responsible for technology,living and logistics etc,at the same time,the arrival of the new era,property companies rely on property work is far from enough,actively extending outward,and mainly to property project advisory services,property management and operation three directions.For is in the rapid development of property management company,to better coordinate multiple projects,how to efficiently cooperate with human resource problem to be solved is to become a property company development.Based on Y property company as the research object,the property management,multi-project management theory as the foundation,analyzes the current Y property company project management general situation,analyses the current problems of company human resource management,such as high employee turnover rate,frequent employee turnover is more,the lack of perfect management system support,and not enough scientific and reasonable structure,finally proposes the corresponding solution measures,through the analysis of demand forecasting scheme,formulate perfect classification of human resources management solutions,improve human resource configuration efficiency,promote the property company more sustainable development of project management work.In addition,in order to ensure that the above measures to effectively implement,from the aspects of team building,employee training,and other guaranteed,so as to provide more support for the property in our country enterprise sustainable development.
