With the rapid development of China's reform and opening up and the rapid development of market economy,with the popularity of market-oriented talent management process,talent flow more and more frequently.At present,the community has a high degree of concern about the brain drain of state-owned enterprises.It is because of the large loss of talent.It is the prospect of the future development of state-owned enterprises.As we all know,the rapid and healthy development of state-owned enterprises,for a country's national economic development The analysis of the problem of brain drain for state-owned enterprises is of great help to the reform of state-owned enterprises.In this paper,EVLN model theory(Exit,Voice,Loyalty and Neglect,referred to as EVLN model)as the research basis,X state-owned enterprises as the research object,combined with the characteristics of EVLN model theory,analysis of the employee behavioral response,Work and enterprise satisfaction performance;through the state-owned enterprises in the process of human resources management of the brain drain in the status quo,the basic nature and characteristics of the loss of staff caused by the harm,and the enterprise in recent years,the deep-seated causes of brain drain,including Internal and external causes and other aspects of the analysis,a systematic understanding of the status quo and problems of enterprise talent management,in response to these problems to build a brain drain warning system,X state-owned enterprises specifically developed a brain drain intervention measures,including scientific planning,rational employment;Talent,improve the mechanism;effective incentives to improve satisfaction and other specific and effective measures.This paper further enforces the discussion on the early warning and intervention measures of the brain drain risk of state-owned enterprises,and broadens the research front of the influencing factors of EVLN behavior.In practice,it can arouse the high-level managers of state-owned enterprises to attach great importance to the problem of brain drain,And provide guidance for the management of state-owned enterprises to discover the trend of talent flow.
