Is a kind of high-tech enterprises producing high-tech products,to provide high-tech services organization economic entity,the essential characteristics of high-tech enterprises has led to the demand for knowledge workers is far greater than other types of organizations.Talents and knowledge of one of its most notable feature is the strong liquidity,therefore,to expand high-tech enterprises in human resource management process must be assured in the knowledge-based deal with the brain drain problem,stable corporate human resources in the knowledge economy era ultimately benefit enterprise security and steady development.This paper systematically reviewed the results of previous studies on brain drain and further integration of the previous research on knowledge-based talent,focusing on the characteristics of knowledge workers,and lay the foundation for a knowledge-based high-tech enterprises Study of Brain Drain.Then the loss of the questionnaire based on factors related to the theoretical basis for the design of high-tech enterprise knowledge-based professionals,and by analyzing the reliability and validity of the scientific test questionnaire.After the questionnaires will be collected using questionnaires returned SPSS For Windows19.0 expand data analysis,and then draw the appropriate conclusions identify factors knowledge-based high-tech enterprises brain drain affected.Finally,targeted suggestions based on factors knowledge-based high-tech enterprises brain drain.According to the survey and data analysis,the factors affecting knowledge-based high-tech enterprises brain drain,respectively,pay and benefits,personal development,recognition of others,leadership style,performance and teamwork fair six factors.Based on these factors,I propose the following control brain drain from the high-tech enterprise knowledge-based measures,namely the establishment of an attractive pay and benefits system;build a scientific training promotion mechanisms;improve recognition of others;establishing democratic leadership style;Construction fair performance appraisal system;perfect team-building to promote teamwork.
