With the rapid development of economic globalization and the acceleration of social informatization,the economic competition among countries in the world is increasingly fierce.In the era of reform in which science and technology are the primary productive forces,knowledge and talents have become an important factor in promoting the progress of productivity.Therefore,from the development of enterprises to the progress of the country,they are inseparable from scientific and technological innovation and intellectual support.Governments and enterprises in various countries have increasingly strong demand for talents,and have issued various policies to attract and retain talents.As far as enterprises are concerned,talents are the core of enterprise reform and development,and the indispensable backbone.Especially for the high-tech enterprises which produce high-tech products and provide high-tech services,talents are the basis of their core competitiveness.Through the rational allocation of human resources,various resources in the development of enterprises can be optimized.It can be seen that the essential characteristics of high-tech enterprises determine that they need more technical talents than other types of enterprises,and human resources are the most valuable resources of high-tech enterprises.However,one of the remarkable characteristics of technical talents is the strong mobility and serious brain drain.Talent flow is a challenge and a new opportunity for high-tech enterprises.In view of the problem of brain drain,if the enterprise can deal with it reasonably,it will create new wealth for the enterprise.Due to the weak research foundation of human resources in China,the phenomenon of brain drain and coping strategies of high-tech enterprises are basically in the exploratory stage,and the root causes of brain drain have not been thoroughly studied,and the countermeasures proposed are also lack of pertinence.Therefore,the problem of brain drain in high-tech enterprises has become an important issue for scholars and enterprise managers.On the basis of combing the existing theoretical research results at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the related concepts and theories of the brain drain of high-tech enterprises,and then makes an empirical analysis of the high-tech enterprise F company as a case,and investigates and analyzes the current situation,causes and consequences of the brain drain of F company.According to the characteristics of high-tech enterprises and the characteristics of talents,this paper summarizes the factors and causes of brain drain in high-tech enterprises.Finally,six aspects are put forward,including optimizing the enterprise management system under the guidance of emphasizing talents and retaining talents,enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises with knowledge-based human resource management as the core,constructing the salary and welfare system guided by intellectual achievements,establishing talent promotion and training mechanism based on technological innovation,cultivating excellent corporate culture with the theme of emotional arousal,and improving employee loyaltywith the vision of enterprise development This paper puts forward the strategy of retaining talents for high-tech enterprises.The research results of this paper are expected to provide relevant suggestions for optimizing the human resource management of high-tech enterprises and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises,so as to promote the benign development of high-tech enterprises in China.
