Research On The Development Of International Trade Under The Background Of Internet

With the wide application of Internet technology and the big data,the global foreign trade affected by the financial crisis also ushered in the new opportunities for development.The rapid development of electronic commerce and the rise of cross-border e-commerce opens up a new journey in the field of foreign trade and it has become a new growth point of economic development all over the world.The developed countries realizes that the combination of the Internet and international trade will be the trend of the development of the future foreign trade economy,relying on their own perfect information infrastructure and the advantage of information technology take the lead in development of cross-border trade;In view of this,developing countries also began to provide policy and financial dividend for cross-border e-commerce to sweep obstacles for its smoothly development.On March 5,2015,premier Li Keqiang put forward the "Internet plus" action plan in the government work report,the proposal of the national strategy make the development of cross-border e-commerce has risen to the national level,not only brings new trade and marketing channel to the development of China’s international trade,but also provide a guarantee system to the rapid development of cross-border electricity contractor.How to use the positive impact of the internet on international trade to avoid the negative influence of Internet on international trade,how to solve the existing problems in the development of the international trade under the background of Internet and indicate the direction for cross-border electricity and cross-border e-commerce is the main purpose and reason of writing this article.This article uses the transaction cost theory,comparative advantage theory,the innovation diffusion theory,the long tail theory,value chain theory and adopts the method of literature analysis,data analysis,the combination of micro and macro analysis method,the case analysis method,then firstly analyzed the international trade classification,operation mode,current situation of development,existing problems under the background of Internet.Then through the analysis of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,threats of international trade which relies on the Internet platform and the macro environment for the development of cross-border electricity,combined with the corresponding specific case analysis,combination of theory and practice,more concretely reflects the role of the upgrading that Internet plays on the international trade.It reveals that the Internet combined with the traditional international trade is the new requirement of economic globalization and trade without borders,and it’s also new measures for the healthy and rapid development of global economy.At last,the paper gives some countermeasures and suggestions on the problems of international trade under the background of Internet from the two aspects of state and enterprise.Based on the research of the international trade development under the background of Internet,further confirmed the correctness of developing the "Internet + industry" and has been clear about that the cross-border e-commerce is a necessary measure for our country to cultivate new economic growth points.Through the study of this article,it will not only provide some guiding suggestions and countermeasures for the standardized development of our country’s cross-border electricity and the cross-border e-commerce,but also provide the reference for other industries of "Internet +".
