Currently, the level of corporate culture is the key standard to measure an enterprise’s overall strength and the building of corporate culture is increasingly concerned by the society, which drives the development of the enterprise obviously."Resources will be exhausted, only culture can be immortal." Corporate culture is ever-present throughout the whole process of enterprise development. For ZSY, a state-owned company, the accurate positioning of corporate culture, effective optimizing its existing corporate culture building and enhancing the social responsibility management of corporate culture are of far-reaching significance to its rapid sustainable development.This paper discusses in depth the advanced experience of international corporate culture, and analyzes the current situation of domestic corporate culture and the building of corporate culture of ZSY. Based on previous theories, combined with the practical situation of ZSY, and by means of observation and analysis of the effect of the building of corporate culture of ZSY as well as interviews with relevant personnel, this paper analyzes in detail the strengthens and weaknesses of ZSY in its building of corporate culture. Besides, by learning lessons and identifying inadequacies, it offered a proposal to ZSY on the future development direction of its corporate culture. As a large state-owned enterprise, ZSY should continue to attach great importance to the building of corporate culture, especially its top leaders, which is a prerequisite for the building of corporate culture. It should work hard to inspire all of its grassroots employees, including temporary employees and seasonal workers, to actively participate in the building of corporate culture. It should build its corporate culture brand with unique styles and enhance its brand recognition. Based on the nature of a large state-owned enterprise, it should incorporate its social responsibility into its corporate culture through the building of corporate culture, so as to make it an integral part of corporate culture.In this paper, the research results have certain theoretical and practical significance. Its theoretical significance lies in finding the advantages and disadvantages of ZSY in corporate culture construction by means of comparative analysis and study of the advanced foreign theoretical knowledge; while the practical significance attributes to putting forward constructive opinions on ZSY future development.
