The past ten years have witnessed a rapid growth of China's economy,and construction industry has become the biggest winners at that time.Identification project,as the affiliated industry of construction industry,also is thriving in this growth.Nowadays,economic index has been going down,causing a devastating blow to many companies.E company is lucky to be the survivor in this catastrophe but the company still has suffered big loss which forced the company to slow down their pace and calmly think about their core competitive force as well as the developing direction in the future.E company has found in the long-term thinking that as an identification processing and manufacturer who can provide customers with personalized customization service,the company has always been striving to survive in tough environment between the suppliers of large scales of structural section and saw material that can delay in payment and well-funded purchasers that lack of the prompt control ability of cash payment.And the company has no discourse right.Because of the desire of the cash flow,the company needs to continually develop new customers every year,bid new projects,and completely immerse in the market competition which is just like a hand-to-hand combat.In order to help the company get through the difficult situation of poor managing,this paper lies in the actual position of the company and applies methods of document research to choose the school of design,orientation and structure from the ten strategic schools as theoretical basis to analyze the strategic development of the company.Combined with the case study and induction to make internal business interviews and record them through different perspectives,after a inductive analysis,we can make an objective and comprehensive assessment of the shortcomings of the company during the operating activities,which can provide a basis of the research.First,I analyze the external environment faced by the company's development and look for the potential long-term opportunities.Then,I use five forces model to analyze the industry competition environment to eliminate errors for new operation mode.After that,I analyze the internal environment of the company in depth,as well as sort out the operation of the current situation and important resources,in order to provide a basis for the design of the Development program.Finally,through the SWOT analysis,I clearly find out the opportunity and threaten,advantages and disadvantages during the development,and purpose the overall objectives and direction of Development.I re-plan and design the business,draw up a developing strategic direction and base on the traditional identification manufacturer to develop the new product.For the sake of the achievement of the strategic development target,E company formulates the practical and feasible implementation plan and safeguards,gradually achieve the strategic development,improve business profitability and enhance the ability to control future risks and going-concern ability.
