The theory of strategic management and the SWOT analysis method are used to analyze and research the typical domestic communication facility manufacturer under its developing and condition. The mode of strategic management is designed and its implement is performed.Firstly, the developing status of domestic communication facility manufacturer and the condition of strategic management in enterprise are introduced. The main method and matter of this research are present.Secondly, the theory and method of modern enterprise strategic management are discussed, such as the mode of the strategic management,the model of the developing strategic of enterprise and the SWOT analysis method.Thirdly, HuaWei, ZTE and the FiberHome are chosen as the typical enterprises. The exploration of the development courses and the existing condition of the three enterprises are introduced detailedly. The SWOT analysis method is used and the strategic management theory in every developing phase of the three enterprises is studied. By this way, the development difference of each company in every developing phase is understood.After that, every strategic of the three companies by the mode of the developing strategy of enterprise is summarized. Then the right pattern of the strategic management for domestic communication facility manufacturers is obtained. The suggestion to the developing of these enterprises is made.In the end, the researches of this dissertation are overviewed. The shortage and further researches of this dissertation are given.
