Study On The Influence Of The FDI On The Upgrading Of The Industrial Structure In Hunan Hubei And Jiangxi Province

In recent years,background of the growing trend of economic globalization,our country actively introduce foreign capital,FDI has been increased year by year,contributing to the economic development of China.At the same time,the transformation and upgrading of domestic industrial structure is accelerating,and the upgrading of industrial structure has been an important driving force for China's economic development.In this macro context,the importance of foreign direct investment on industrial structure upgrading is becoming more and more important.Hubei,Jiangxi and Hunan provinces as urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze river main provinces and important provinces in central region of China,to speed up the reform and opening up,actively introduce foreign capital and undertaking industrial transfer,efforts to promote the upgrading of industrial structure,the use of foreign direct investment in both scale and quality have improved,optimize and upgrade industrial structure are increasingly.At the same time,we also ought to realize the current Hubei,Jiangxi and Hunan provinces of FDI in the three provinces in our country,the proportion is still low,the unreasonable industrial structure distribution aspect also,Hubei Jiangxi and Hunan provinces in absorbing FDI still has the potential to mining.In this paper,the Hubei Jiangxi and Hunan provinces of FDI to study the influence of industrial structure,and in order to enrich the research in this field for Hubei Jiangxi and Hunan provinces and even the entire central policy of FDI and industrial structure related to provide a degree of countermeasure analysis.In this paper,the introduction part first points out that the selected topic background and significance,respectively from the FDI effect on industrial structure upgrade the positive and negative two aspects combed the relevant literature review at home and abroad,FDI and industrial structure is defined,introduced in this paper,the research content and research methods,and points out the shortcomings of this article and innovation.Chapter ii analyzes the trends and characteristics of fdi and industrial structure in the three provinces of Hunan Hubei and Jiangxi province from 2002 to 2015.The third chapter through the panels fixed effects model and VAR model to empirical research,points out that FDI and the ratio of investment in fixed assets of whole society negatively influence to the industrial structure of Hunan Hubei and Jiangxi provinces,showed the other domestic investment to upgrade the industrial structure to promote the effect is better than that of the FDI.The fourth chapter show relevant countermeasures and Suggestions,such as deep into the docking "area" strategy,strengthen the industry to FDI guidance,strengthening the technology spillover effect of FDI,improve the foreign direct investment environment.
