According to the research results, find out the main factors that affect the sustainable development of Hunan province and Hubei Province, and put forward the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of Hunan province and Hubei province. This paper mainly includes the following main contents:The first chapter firstly introduces the research status at home and abroad about the sustainable development and the evaluation index system of sustainable development ability of related theory, and points out that the positive results obtained in the study, at the same time the problems existing in the research of a brief description.The second chapter introduces the basic situation of Hubei province, this paper, based on the theory of regional sustainable development, establish a "target layer-subsystem layer-elements" index system of the structure.According to the purpose of this study and the actual situation in Hubei province, this article 29 indexes were selected, respectively constitute the resources, environment, population, economic and social five subsystems, and established the total water resources of Hubei province in 2001-2010 (Z1), with afforestation area (Z2), social power consumption (Z3), the total energy consumption (Z4), industrial raw coal consumption (Z5), fuel consumption over the scale (Z6), and other indicators of resource subsystem;By nature reserves accounted for the proportion of its area (H1), urban garden green space area (H2), industrial solid waste emissions (H3) put capacity (H4), sulfur dioxide and chemical oxygen demand (cod) emissions (H5), the output value of comprehensive utilization of industrial "three wastes" products (H6), industrial pollution control investment (H7), and other 7 indexes of environmental system;By the total population (R1), the natural population growth rate (R2), social workers, (R3), accounts for social workers, the proportion of the tertiary industry practitioners (R4) consisting of four indexes such as population subsystem;Hubei province’s total GDP (J1), the proportion of the tertiary industry (J2), total import and export (J3), social fixed assets investment (J4), the per capita GDP (J5), and other five indicators of economic subsystem;Urban residents engel’s coefficient (S1), the urban registered unemployment rate (S2), per million population number of students of institutions of higher learning (S3), education spending (S4), science and technology personnel number (S5), the number of doctors per thousand population (S6) and hospital beds per thousand population (S7) consisting of seven indexes such as social subsystem.And using the principal component analysis and SPSS software analysis on the evaluation of the sustainable development of each subsystem.The third chapter introduces the basic situation of Hunan province, this paper, based on the theory of regional sustainable development, according to the actual situation, set up in 2000-2010 with Hubei province as the resources, environment, population, economic and social five subsystems 29 indicators, using principal component analysis and SPASS software analysis on the evaluation of the sustainable development of each subsystem in Hunan province.The fourth chapter by analyzing the results of the first, find the problems existing in the sustainable development of Hubei province, and the existing problems to provide Suggestions of sustainable development, at the same time points out the problems existing in the sustainable development of Hunan province, also provide advice on the sustainable development. |
