Comparative Study On Influencing Regional Factors Of Building Energy Consumption

The energy consumption in China is growing fiercely,the resulting energy shortage and environmental contamination and other relevant issues have been put on the government's top agenda.Especially for the building energy consumption which accounts for 1/3 of the whole energy consumption.It is of great significance of speeding up the development of building energy efficiency services for energy and economic sustainable development of china.However,there has been a large number of obstacles against the development of building energy service companies,including technical capacity,financing difficulties,market immaturity,lack of professional and technical personnel and so on.With the increasing proportion of energy consumption in the construction sector,finding out a path to promote services of building energy efficiency has become the top priority of the current work.Building energy efficiency services listed companies are going to play a important role for the building energy efficiency services industry,either in improving the financing channels,management innovation or in energy-saving technology development.How building energy efficiency services listed companies improve their performance is important for the development of the industry.This paper takes this as the starting point to evaluate and analyze the performance of the listed companies in the building energy efficiency service industry,and points out the problems existing in their development and the corresponding improvement measures to improve the company's recognition in the market and promote the building energy saving service industry,as well as a lesson for government,investors and other stakeholders to learning from.This paper lists and expounds the relevant literatures on energy-saving service companies and performance evaluation,and points out the progress and contents of relevant research on energy-saving service companies from domestic and foreign perspective respectively,and also,elaborates and summarizes the progress of relevant research in performance evaluation.The There are many evaluation methods for listed companies assessment,including EVA evaluation,Balanced Score Card method,etc.Finally,the method of Factors Analysis combined with Data Envelopment Analysis is selected,avoiding the shortcomings of using one single method.With regard to evaluating object,28 listed companies in the field of building energy efficiency services were selected.First of all,we have studied previous research on performance evaluation,and selected 14 evaluation indexes,calculating the data via SPSS software,and results of factor analysis are obtained.Then,from the perspective of enterprises themselves,to identify existing problems in four aspects of Debt,Operation,Profit,Growth,then direction of improvements are put forward.Moreover,according to the dimensionality reduction of the factor analysis method,the data of four common factors are obtained,then the common factors are extracted from the Factor Analysis Method as the data index source of Data Envelopment Analysis to develop the Data Envelopment Analysis evaluation model.Finally,using Data Envelopment Analysis to evaluate listed companies,the final efficiency of various companies are given,to analysis development status of those companies,puting forward the corresponding improving measures.Through this paper,we can understand the current situation of the development of building energy efficiency service enterprises,through the combination of Factor Analysis and Data Envelopment Analysis,we can evaluate the results more effectively.According to the performance evaluation of energy-saving service industry listed companies,to point out the development problems in development progress,and the corresponding improving measures are carried out: to improve the company's recognition in the market,to promote the building energy efficiency services industry,and also,to provide a reference for the government,investors and other stakeholders.
