Research On Food Safety Supervision In Laoshan District, Rizhao City After The Reform Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs

There has been so many food safety cases in recent years that it has been a hot concern in society.What more,both our government and the public are paying more and more attention to food safety.The State Council is trying to push the propulsion function and organization integration,in order to further improve the level of food regulation.From March 2013 on,the State Council has conducted a new reform about the supervision system of food society,which can deepen the function adjustment of the food safety supervision department.In this way we can unify the supervision management in one department instead of many branches in charge of different fields such as production circulation and catering.This reform has done significant adjustment in the supervision system of the food safety.However,it still encounters much resistance such as the difficulty in the adjustment of the authorized strengh and the responsibilities and existing problems of food safety supervision in Lanshan District.According to the analysis of the changes in the reform as well as the comparision with western developed countries such as the USA ? Japan and the Europe it points out the current structure and characteristics the supervision system of food safety in Lanshan District.What's further,it points out many deficiencies in the current process of the conduction.The article provides some profit proposals for the reform of food safety supervision system in grass-root government.We can advance the institution construction of food safety supervision system,reinforce the ability to food safety supervision,amplify the whole system and perfect the basic wort of supervision.
