Since the central government has taken shantytownstransformation as a new direction for strategic development from 2013,shantytowns,as a new type of housing charge item has rose in Qingdao urban areas and even nationwide.At the same time,due to misconduct of the government,the dissatisfaction for compensation from people who are levied,unsolved family disputes and so on,shantytowns transformation project(hereinafter referred to as:STP)causes social hidden troubles and unrest.In order to solve the negative situation caused by this work,social risk assessment system for STP has gradually been incorporated into work plan of STP.However,according to the current situation,the risk management research of STP is relatively simple,and the risk management system for each place is relatively simple and perfunctory.In view of the rare situation for domestic and foreign research on the risk management of shantytowns transformation,this paper,based on the domestic and foreign risk management of land demolition,carries out its research on the risk management with the highest risk coefficient of the house acquisition in Qingdao STP work as the object,in order to fill the blank in this research field,and improve risk management system of shantytowns transformation in our city.Based on the on-site survey of STP in Qingdao urban areas,the 10 risk factors in the housing acquisition are identified,and the risk evaluation index system is established in this paper by WBS,deep interviews and content analysis.Evaluation index weight is obtained through quantization according to Expert scoring method method and analytic hierarchy process and Satty method.Through the connotation of each index,risk assessment criteria are confirmed,and some measures and suggestions are put forward for risk prevention on this basis.In the end,this paper takes the Y shantytowns transformation project in Qingdao urban area as an example,and calculates the hidden troubles coefficient and risk levels for Y through the comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy evaluation of the whole transformation correlative system to conclude that the project is a medium risk,and the project needs rectification.The analysis shows that there are some risk factors,and "property ownership certificate cannot be written off" and so on,and some measures are put forward for risk prevention.
