Study On The Social Support For Rural Poor Families In The Western Minority Areas

At present,our country is in the period of social transformation,and we are committed to thoroughly implement the strategies of the party's Eighteen Congress and Scientific Outlook on Development and to build a harmonious society.Now poverty has become one of the three main social problems of our country and also an important field in academic research,attracting great attention from our government.How to effectively alleviate and eliminate poverty is an important problem in the underdeveloped areas of Western China.Based on the reality of rural poor families in western minority regions,taking the poor families in the three villages of one town as case study objects,the paper summarized,analyzed and discussed the reasons for their poverty and the reality of social support.It studied two kinds of social support: official and non official support for the local poor families and provides suggestions and countermeasures for their difficulties.The article is divided into four parts,The first chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of Tianzhu county in Gansu province and the research background,the related concepts,this paper reviews the at the same time points out the key points and difficulties of this research,the second chapter carries on the investigation and analysis of the western minority areas of social support status,through questionnaires,interviews and other forms,the official support for poor families and non formal support to analyze the current situation of poor families in rural areas;social minority the third chapter in the western minority areas to find support for the existing problems and the reasons;the fourth chapter on the construction of rural poor families in western minority areas of social support system,and put forward reasonable suggestions.
