Study On Cultivated Land Use Efficiency In Shapingba Region

Cultivated land as China's most valuable resources and the most basic elements of agricultural production,whether it can be effectively used is directly related to China's food security construction and socio-economic sustainable development.Since the reform and opening up,urbanization,industrialization process continues to advance in China,a large number of cultivated land is constantly converted into construction land,deepening the contradictions between man and land.Meanwhile,the number and level of demand for agricultural products are increasing and enriched,so the production capacity of cultivated land should be improved,if that is not the case,the imbalance between cultivated land output and food demand will intensify.To alleviate the contradiction between people and land and protect the national food security,While protecting the quantity of cultivated land resources,this paper studies the efficiency of cultivated land use and its influencing factors,and puts forward targeted strategies.In order to explore the sustainable development and utilization of urban cultivated land resources and the countermeasures of cultivated land protection under the background of diversified demand.this paper take Shapingba as an example for empirical analysis,and studied the efficiency of cultivated land from the macro and micro levels.Firstly,using DEA model to analyze the change of cultivated land use efficiency in the study area from 2006 to 2015 at the macro level.Secondly,based on the results of the field survey of 167 cultivated land in three villages in the three towns of the study area,divide the types of farmers and summarize their use of arable land,then analysis of cultivated land use efficiency and Its Influencing factors of different land use by DEA model and Tobit model.At last,put forward the policy recommendations of differentiated management of cultivated land,which can provide a new perspective for the study area government in the use of space management.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In 2006-2015,the utilization efficiency of cultivated land in the study area shows the overall trend of "rising first and then rising and falling again".These changes in cultivated land efficiency were positively correlated with the value of cultivated land,cropland multiple cropping index,per capita arable land area and effective irrigation rate,but negatively correlated with urbanization.(2)Shapingba area of the functional use of space efficiency difference.Based on the similarity of regional arable land use efficiency,the study area can be divided into three efficiency zones.Among them,Zhongliang town,Hui Longba town,Fenghaung town and Zengjia town are the low efficiency area;Tuzhu town,Qingmuguan town and Geleshan town as moderate efficiency area;Chenjiaqiao,Huxi,Xiyong,Jingkou and Tanjiagang streets are high efficiency area.(3)There are three kinds of peasant types in the study area,such as self-sufficient,balanced and profit-type,and the efficiency of cultivated land use varies among different types of farmers.According to the farmers in the agricultural production of motivation and family characteristics of the differences,the survey sample farmers divided into self-sufficient,balanced,increase farmers;then basised summarizing the characteristics of cultivated land use behavior of different types of farmers,quantitative analysis of cultivated land use efficiency of different types of farmers.According to the comprehensive efficiency of cultivated land use efficiency from high to low order for the increase in profit> balanced> self-sufficient.(4)The main influencing factors of cultivated land use efficiency of different types of farmers are different.The age of agricultural labor force,the degree of education of agricultural labor force and the proportion of family income of agriculture are the common factors influencing the efficiency of farmland utilization,but not the main factors.The main factors that influence the efficiency of cultivated land use are the agricultural production technology,the market of agricultural products and the scale of cultivated land management,and for self-sufficient and balanced farmers those main factors are the distance from home to cultivated land,the multiple cropping index of arable land and the degree of difficulty.In the future,to improve the efficiency of cultivated land use in Chongqing metropolitan area,it is necessary to make different measures for different subjects and regions.In order to reduce the difference of cultivated land use efficiency,especially,should to improve the efficiency of cultivated land use in low efficiency area and expand the scale efficiency of moderate efficiency area,and focus on the ecological benefits of cultivated land use in high efficiency area.Meanwhile,It's also should strengthen the classified management of the main body of cultivated land utilization,and gradually guide all the farmers to take the road of specialization and organization,basised on the comprehensive quality of the farmers.
