With the rapid development of China’s economy,the process of city accelerating,the number and level of China’s agricultural products demand is also constantly improve and enrich,put forward higher requirements on the bearing capacity of land resources,aggravated the contradiction between cultivated land resources and food security.Therefore,the protection of cultivated land resource quantity at the same time,the research of cultivated land use efficiency and its influencing factors,and It is helpful to alleviate the contradiction between people and land and to ensure the national food security.Based on this,this paper takes Kongtong district and villages and towns under its jurisdiction as the research object,on the basis of the present situation data of cultivated land utilization in 2014-2017,using the data envelopment analysis method,using Deap2.1software to calculate the cultivated land utilization efficiency of 16 villages and towns in Kongtong district.This paper analyzes the difference of cultivated land use efficiency in Kongtong area from the scale of time and space.Secondly,by using factor analysis method and combining with the local actual situation,six factors affecting the cultivated land use efficiency were selected for Tobit regression analysis to explore the influencing factors of the cultivated land use efficiency in Kongtong district.This study provides scientific basis for improving the efficiency of cultivated land use in Kongtong District.Ben The research results are as follows:(1)In 2014-2017,the average value of the overall cultivated land use efficiency in Kongtong district showed a downward trend,and the cultivated land use efficiency of each township also showed a downward trend.The input and output optimal state of cultivated land use efficiency changed from 9 to 7.From the comprehensive efficiency of each township,from 2014 to 2017,there are 5 villages and towns with a comprehensive efficiency of cultivated land utilization,accounting for 31.255.There are 8 towns with a decrease in comprehensive efficiency,accounting for 43.75 percent.(2)Taking Kongtong Town as the center,this paper studies the spatial difference of cultivated land use efficiency in Kongtong District from the two directions of north and south.It is found that the comprehensive efficiency of cultivated land utilization in southerntowns of Kongtong District is relatively low,and the comprehensive efficiency of Shangyang Hui Township has gradually decreased from 0.9307 in 2014 to 0.834 in 2017,a decline of 10 percent,and the input-output efficiency of cultivated land in Dazhai Hui Township has not reached the optimum between 2014 and 2016.The utilization efficiency of cultivated land in North Township of Kongtong District is higher than that in South Township.Among them,Anguo Town,Liuhu Town and Xianglian Township have reached the comprehensive utilization of cultivated land from 2014 to 2017.Efficiency input-output is optimal,while Caofeng quickly reaches the best production frontier from 0.9124 in 2014 to achieve DEA effectiveness.Kongtong Town and Xiyang Hui township comprehensive efficiency is also in a more effective state.The cultivated land use efficiency of villages and towns is discrete obviously,and the regional difference expands constantly.(3)by constructing Tobit regression model,the influencing factors of cultivated land use efficiency in Kongtong district were analyzed.The results show that the utilization efficiency of cultivated land in Kongtong area is significantly correlated with the average sowing area per farmer per capita net income and the total mechanical power per unit cultivated land area.
