In recent years,with the continuous development of economic globalization,more and more competitors have poured into the field of precise copper tube production,leading to increasingly fierce competition within the industry.In this case,the level of product quality plays a vital role in whether a company can gain a competitive advantage.To achieve long-term and stable development,precise copper tube production enterprises are expected to improve product quality which is largely determined by quality management of the company.In this sense,how to improve the quality of precise copper tube with advanced and effective quality management is a critical issue for all precise copper tube manufacturing enterprises.In this paper,the researcher chooses Longfeng Precise Copper Tube Company Limited as the study object,makes in-depth analysis on quality management problems existing in Longfeng based on quality management organization,quality policy and goal,quality planning,quality control,quality assurance and quality improvement.In terms of quality management organization,quality management will be made more scientific and efficient by optimizing the organizational structure of quality department and improving the knowledge levels of quality managers.As for quality policy and objectives,target value for customer quality complaints shall be set on a reasonable basis,and customer quality satisfaction evaluation system shall be added to clarify customer needs and the direction quality management will be improved towards.In the aspect of quality planning,the correlation between quality assessment and employee performance shall be increased to raise employees' emphasis on quality.And as for quality control,on the one hand,quality capability matrix shall be introduced to improve quality training for the staff and motivate them to standardize the implementation of what are required by the production process.On the other hand,control chart management method is expected to be introduced to further improve statistical quality management.Referring to quality improvement,QC group shall be improved based on DMAIC model in Six Sigma Management,investment shall be increased in quality improvement to make it better implemented and promoted.And then some reasonable improvement schemes are proposed and corresponding safeguard measures are attached to ensure the smooth implementation of these schemes.Based on the research on quality management of Longfeng Precise Copper Tube Company Limited,this paper finds out and solves the problems existing in Longfeng's quality management which will then be developed to improve the quality of its products,which may help Longfeng stand out from fierce market competition and realize sustainable development.In addition,this paper also has reference significance to other precise copper tube manufacturers,for outdated quality concepts and quality management methods plague both Longfeng and other companies.How to improve existing quality management on the basis of actual situation is an issue for many precise copper tube manufacturers to take immediate action to figure out.This paper is of some reference to the improvement of other similar companies in quality management.
