The rapid rising of e-commerce during recent years has brought up new changes to the fresh agricultural product markets and advance the further development of fresh food e-commerce.Compared to traditional market model,the new fresh food e-commerce has shortened the whole product chain and done without the multi-link logistic distribution and storage.The year 2012 marked the rising of fresh food e-commerce,when the new business gradually overcame various difficulties and entered the Internet Plus age.However,as a new emerging business,it is still in a stage of exploration,and the supply chain model tends to be diversified.Based on a positive analysis of the questionnaire about the customer satisfaction index,this paper attempts to discuss the main problem that influence the development of the e-commerce of fresh foods and to study the innovative research of the operation model of fresh-food e-commerce.This paper first analyzes the development,current condition and problems of the fresh food e-commerce,compares and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the six types of fresh food e-commerce operation models,and discusses the problems in purchasing,package,storage,transportation and information management.Through questionnaire and data interpretation,it presents a positive analysis of the main factors that influence customer sa tisfaction.According to the empirical results from the aspects of product,logistics distribution,the electric business platform for fresh the operation mode of the electric business targeted optimization research,comes up with“C2B+O2O”innovative operation mode,and thenillustrates the advantages of the “C2B+O2O” model in the case of one meter fresh.Finally,conclusions and policy recommendations.
