Analysis On The Performance Of The Asset Reorganization Of Avicopter Plc

Assets reorganization can be used to make company's stale assets vigorous,restructure the structure of economic.As a effective tool of assigning enterprise resources rationally,it is widely used in the process of marketization of our country socialism today.However,the effect of assets reorganization has been controversial.Based on this,the article studies the effect of asset reorganization between 2009 and 2015,in order to get the conclusions and experiences on Avicopter Plc's assets reorganization and hope it assist the companies like Avicopter Plc.Firstly,the article defines the general concept of assets restructuring and explains the effects of assets reorganization of economics.Secondly,starting from the practice ofAvicopter Plc's reorganization,and from analyzing the problems of the method on evaluating the effect of current asset restructuring existing in the application of listed companies in China,the thesis constructs a multi-level performance evaluation system to operate the effect of asset reorganization during between 2010 and 2015,with the method of mathematical statistics,comparative analysis,At the end of the article,there are some conclusions are listed as following.(1)the Avicopter Plc's assets reorganization has reorganizated its business structure and achieved the overall listing of its helicopter operations.(2)the Avicopter Plc's assets reorganization has obtained the preliminary value transfer effect.(3)after the asset reorganization of listed companies should pay attention to integrationHowever,there are still some problems to be solved after the assets reorganization.At last,According to the conclusion of Avicopter Plc's assets reorganization,the article putforward some suggestions and counter measures from the perspective of the company's internal management and external environment.
