The Evolution Mechanism Of Urban Logistics Competitiveness Oriented To The Silk Road Economic Belt Strategy

Common construction of the Silk Road Economic Zone has been the co-development strategy of the Asian,European and African countries along the routes and the regions in the area,wich is originated in the national strategy of our country,in the process of the implementation of the strategy,more and more opportunities are given to the logistics industry of the Cities along the economic zone.The areas along the Silk Road Economic Zone in our country have been the forward position of the Silk Road Economic Zone strategic cooperation,how to build a high level development path of city logistics has been the major task of the cities involved in the region.Therefore,researching and discussing on the evolution mechanism of the urban logistics competitiveness system under the strategy of the Silk Road Economic zone,and niche targeting on how to improve the city logistics competitiveness of the area along the Silk Road Economic Zone in our country is a very urgent problem,it has brought many opportunities and challenges for the cities along the lines in our country to adapt the Silk Road Economic Zone strategy,make the urban logistics industry to be bigger and stronger,improve the overall competitiveness of the economy and accelerate the process of industrialization,urbanization and modernization has strong theoretical and practical meaning.On the basis of city logistics competitiveness theory research,this paper introduce the related researches of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the theory of dissipative structure to attempt to conduct a systematic study and analysis about the competition of city logistics under the Silk Road Economic Belt strategic,it is based on the dissipative structure theory,the path of ascension will be determined by analysis its evolution mechanism,the main work includes several aspects in this paper:Firstly,explicating the research issues and directions and putting forward the technology roadmap of this paper by arranging and analyzing a large number of domestic and foreign literatures about the Silk Road Economic Belt,the competition of city logistics,the dissipative structure theory and the theory of entropy.Secondly,under the theoretical framework of dissipative structure theory and entropy theory,the dissipative structure of urban logistics competitiveness under the strategy of the Silk Road Economic Zone is analyzed.Using entropy theory to analysis and define the entropy flows in the urban logistics competitiveness system,which is under the Silk Road Economic Belt strategic,in addition,characteristics of dissipative structure about the urban logistics competitiveness are analyzed with the theory of dissipative structure(Openness,Far from equilibrium state,Nonlinear,and "Fluctuation").Based on the analysis of the form and function of the dissipative structure of urban logistics competitiveness,the formation conditions and evolution mechanism of the urban logistics competitiveness under the Silk Road Economic Zone strategy are analyzed deeply.Thirdly,building Brusselator model of the dissipative structure of city logistics competitiveness under the Silk Road Economic Belt strategy and then using this model to analysis stability and nonlinear of the dissipative structure system of city logistics competitiveness qualitatively,and indicating the forming condition of the dissipative structure of the city logistics competitiveness.Finally,using empirical methods to make an in-depth analysis about the urban logistics competitiveness evolution level of 13 cities along the Silk Road Economic Belt in our country,further understanding the roles of the entropy flow in the process of evolution of urban logistics competitiveness under the Silk Road Economic Belt strategic,and then proposing some targeted countermeasures and suggestions for raising city logistics competitiveness under the Silk Road Economic strategy,it will promote the city logistics competitiveness system be more stable and ordered under the Silk Road Economic Belt strategic.Through theoretical and empirical research on the evolution mechanism of the city logistics competitiveness under the Silk Road Economic Belt strategic,the results show that,(1)the evolution process of city logistics competitiveness under the Silk Road Economic Belt strategy in our country is mainly affected by " policy dialogue " environment,"road unicom" environment,"people-to-people bonds" environment,economy environment,management ability,infrastructure capacity,market size,business ability,and the influence of them are smaller one by one;(2)the evolutionary process of urban logistics competitiveness in the region along Silk Road Economic Belt is generally at the lower stage,but it has huge development potential;(3)due to the different situation between the cities along the "Silk Road",the cities have their own advantages in the evolution process of the city logistics competitiveness;(4)there are different evolution process of city logistics competitiveness between the cities along the Silk Road Economic Zone in our country.
