Under The Background Of The Silk Road Economic Belt Industrial Competitiveness Empirical Research In Xinjiang

The construction of the Silk Road Economic Zone has brought Xinjiang another opportunity after the development of the west regions,putting higher requirements for Xinjiang's industrial development,the construction of the core area and the urgent need for industrial support.As the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt,Xinjiang needs to seize this historical opportunity,improve industrial competitiveness,transform industrial advantages into economic advantages,and promote the sustained economic growth.This paper studies on how to speed up the promotion of Xinjiang's industrial competitiveness under the background of the Silk Road Economic Belt.Through the empirical analysis,we can get the policy recommendations to enhance the industrial competitiveness of Xinjiang.Firstly,Xinjiang located in the core area,taking the core region in positioning connotation as a breakthrough,we can find the definition of the industry of Xinjiang in Silk Road Economic Belt.According to the development status of Xinjiang Silk Road Economic Belt industry,we found that the resources in the industry has developed rapidly,but the transportation industry,financial industry and information technology the service industry has entered the bottleneck period,on the basis of the nationwide,Xinjiang province two regions respectively on the industrial competitiveness of Xinjiang Silk Road Economic Belt evaluation.First,using the shift share method,the nationwide industrial competitiveness of Xinjiang Silk Road Economic Belt was analyzed under the 2007 to 2015 data,we got a conclusion that although it is lower than the national overall competitiveness,but it still change a lot,Xinjiang Silk Road Economic Belt industry is actively developing,has potential indeed.By means of principal component analysis,using data of 2015 in Xinjiang province,Xinjiang industrial Silk Road Economic Belt was evaluated,given the specific situation mainly draws the overall scores and the four principal components of the conclusion:Xinjiang Province,Xinjiang Silk Road Economic Zone had low industrial competitiveness.There are the main reasons for it.First,some industries rely on natural resources and development,development mode is simple and extensive,and it has high energy consumption and pollution,basically no competitiveness.Second,Xinjiang Silk Road Economic Belt industry risk prevention capacity is relatively low,only 6 above the industry average,mainly due to the latter thirteen industrial economic benefits and risk prevention ability the lower is the capital appreciation rate.Asset the liability ratio is low,and the capital investment is higher,the performance of the rights and interests of the owners did not meet expectations,so the risk prevention capacity is low.Third,Xinjiang Economic Zone Industrial human resources is abundant,but the utilization rate is not high.Fourth,the Silk Road in Xinjiang economic technology industry has low investment,and lack of competitiveness.Fifth,management capacity and capital operation of resource-based industries in Xinjiang Silk Road Economic Belt in industry Capacity is low,competitiveness is still not high.Above all,we get the corresponding policy suggestion.
