The Research On Risk Control And Prevention Strategy Of Shipbuilding Logistics

Shipbuilding logistics as the "third profit source" of the shipbuilding industry,whether the planning is reasonable will directly affect the shipbuilding production,the development of the shipbuilding industry will cause a lot of disadvantages.In our country to go to the shipbuilding power of the road,not only by the size of equipment,labor costs,such as the hard power of the strength of the shipyard and its own technology,management and other soft power,but also by the rational planning of shipbuilding logistics.Modern shipbuilding also needs to be realized through the reasonable planning of shipbuilding logistics.However,there are many factors that affect the smooth progress of shipbuilding logistics in the actual shipbuilding process.We want to maintain the normal operation of shipbuilding logistics,must risk factors through the analysis of the shipbuilding of shipbuilding logistics process,and take a series of measures to control the occurrence of these risks,the shipbuilding enterprises in the industry more competitive.This paper takes Z shipyard as an example,the logistics process research Z shi pyard,analysis of risks of shipbuilding in the logistics process,and to evaluate the risk by AHP,the most serious risk,and around the establishment of relevant control and the risk prevention strategy.(1)Based on the study of the meaning and content of shipbuilding logistics,this paper analyzes the characteristics of shipbuilding logistics and the significance of rational shipbuilding Logistics.This paper studies the material classification and material characteristics of Z shipyard,and analyzes the purchasing and supply logistics process,the production logistics process,the process of recycling logistics and the waste logistics,and the logistics process of Z shipyard.Through comparison and analysis,we get the logistics process of small and medium shipyards represented by Z shipyard in china;(2)Analysing the risk of procurement and supply logistics,production logistics,shipbuilding enterprise recycling and waste logistics,sales logistics process by using the flow chart analysis.The AHP is used to evaluate the logistics risk and It is concluded that the risk of procurement funds,procurement planning risk,and the risk of material inventory are more serious;(3)Analysing the causes of formation and inventories inventories uncertainty risk,put forward to establish the shipbuilding resource planning system to prevent the procurement of goods list is not accurate risk,through the layers of proofreading inventories,ensure the accuracy of inventories;Analysis of the procurement planning process and procurement plan risk causes,and proposed the establishment of a shipbuilding resource planning system to guard against the risk of purchasing plan,ensure goods delivery time,delivery time and storage time on time;And analysing the circulation mode of shipbuilding funds,obtains the causes of the purchasing fund risk,and probes into the procurement fund risk from two aspects of the supplier selection and the inventory control;(4)Through the introduction of the ship information obtained in steel management achievements,leads to the feasibility of ship information to prevent shipbuilding logistics risk;and the shipbuilding resource planning system development environment and the main function module;introduces the MRP modules to solve specific application in shipbuilding logistics risk.
