With the evolution of organizational structure,people's career is no longer confined to a particular job or organization.So the career management gets unprecedented attention to individual employees and organizations.So facing the generally low status of our country enterprise employee engagement level,strengthen the research on career management,which provides a solution to improve enterprise employee engagement.In this paper,we based on the career management to make engagement promote as the research core.Through the research of career management and it's each dimension to engagement,help enterprise and individual understand career management correctly,strengthen the consciousness of career management and,in the end raise engagement.At first,this paper adopts literature analysis,to know the composition and the related influencing factors of organization career management,individual career management and engagement.On this basis,establish research model among the three variables,employees' perception of organizational career management as the independent variable,individual career management an intermediary variable,engagement as the dependent variable.Then using descriptive statistical analysis of the recovery data know the current organization employees' perception of organizational career management,individual career management and the present situation of the engagement.Then using correlation analysis and regression analysis,test the influence of organizational career management and individual career management on engagement;secondly,through the intermediary analysis,test the mediation effect of individual career management between organizational career management and engagement;finally,through independent samples T test and variance analysis test difference of organizational career management,individual career management and engagement on the individual characteristic variables.The paper results show that the level of the employees' perception of organizational career management,individual career management and engage is in moderate range;employees' perception of organizational career management and its various dimensions have positive effect on engagement significantly,so it has ability to predict to the engagement;individual career management has positive effect on the engagement significantly,it also has ability to predict to the engagement;individual career management has partial intermediary effect between organizational career management and engagement;employees' perception organizational career management,individual career management and engagement are different on different sex,post level.Based on the above,this paper put forward intervention countermeasures from organization and individual two aspects.Organization aspect: attaching importance to and establishing the perfect career management system;providing a wide range of information channels and attaching importance to the internal recruitment;improving the assessment standard and screening;establishing the interaction mechanism with the individual career management;developing touch point management of employees' career;developing a plan of staff learning and development.Individual aspect: increasing awareness of the individual career management;designing their own career reasonably;keep learning;attaching importance to the relationship and show yourself.
