| The new economy is a point for the 2016 report on the work of the Chinese government."Developing a new economy and fostering new kinetic energy" has become an important form and feature of the new normal economy,and it is changing the competitive environment of enterprises.Under the new economy,relying on the revolution in information technology and institutional innovation,the innovative industry has gradually become the intelligent economic form of leading industries,and the environment for innovation democratization has further matured.User innovation,collaborative innovation and mass innovation are the main melody of the innovation 2.0 era.China has vigorously promoted the strategy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and introduced powerful policy measures to support it.Crowd-innovation space has become an effective platform for mass innovation.However,since 2017,there have been endless calls for reform of the crowd-innovation space in various sectors of the community.The efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship within the crowd-innovation space has yet to be improved.Most of the domestic research on crowd-innovation space is about news reports and conceptual interpretations.They mainly focus on the macro-level operation of public space,and lack the research on innovation and entrepreneurial behavior of the internal maker team in the crowd-innovation space.The main breakthrough of this research is to bring the crowd-innovation space into the research category of innovative self-efficacy,and empirically test the affection of innovation self-efficacy on the innovation activities of makers,deeply emphasizing the practical significance of knowledge sharing and creative support in crowd-innovation space,which gives some inspiration to the management of the crowd innovation space and the maker team.At the same time,there are also some meaning for the makers,which lies in that the passion for innovation and positive predictability of innovation are the key to successful learning.This study elaborated on the innovation practice of Boyan Team,a typical makers team,conduct the rational and perceptual cognition efficacy of the Chinese crowd innovation space development,based on the diversified research methods.This study focuses on makers and explores the relationship between makers'innovative self-efficacy and innovative behavior,enriches the existing crowd-innovation space research,and has certain innovations. |
