The Research On Lenin's New Economic Policy And Its Contemporary Value

New economic policy is the country-saving policies put forward by Soviet Russia under the special historical background,which protected the victory of Soviet Russia and helped the country stay put through the political and economic crisis,while ended prematurely.In this paper,the historical background and the content and essence of the new economic policy was analyzed,the historical value and the limitation of the new economic policy was reviewed.Firstly,it revealed the background and historical inevitability of the introduction of the new economic policy through the realistic situation filled the internal disorder and foreign invasion of Soviet Russia after the "October Revolution",Lenin's early development of market economy,the disadvantage and reflection of wartime communist policy in the early statehood.The necessity was analyzed to further improve the economy system in our country.Secondly,it expounded the main contents of the new economic policy and its contribution to the economic construction and consolidation of Soviet Russia from the agriculture,industry,commerce and open strategy four aspects.The purpose of pitching the new economic policy was analyzed from consolidating the worker-peasant alliance and developing the productive forces,the exploration of socialist economy and the small peasant economy combining site,opening up a new road of socialist construction,etc.Its unique content was enriched.Thirdly,the contribution of the new economic policy to the socialist construction of the former Soviet Union,developing the theoretical breakthrough of Marxist political economy and the experience provided for the economic construction of other real socialist countries were analyzed objectively.The analysis of the historical limitations of the new economic policy was conducted from the imperfect theoretical system,the self-defect of the policy,etc.The end reasons of the new economic policy was analyzed from the lack of practical experience,the negative effects of grain tax policy and a highly centralized political decision system.The results are useful to people who studies the new economic policy.Finally,using lots of statistical data such as agriculture,industry and other aspects analyzed the enlightenment of the new economic policy thoughts on the development and perfection of the socialist economic system in our country based on real national conditions that the economic development of our country has entered the new normal conditions,combined with the establishment of the socialist economic system in China,according to the objective laws of economic development and the nature of socialism.It has certain reference value for the further persistence and perfection of the socialist economic system.
