The Research On Technology Diffusion Effects Of National High-tech Zones In Western China

With the rapid development of high-tech industry,the state-level high-tech zones as the front in high and new technol ogy industries and strategic new industries of the developing countries get more and more attentions.Under the international background of technology and innovation as the main competition,t he establishments of the high-tech zones have become a new growth point of the regional economic development,which becoming the core force of promoting regional technology progress and economic development.In this paper,national high-tech zones in western China are selected as the object product for the study,and the technology diffusion effects to surrounding areas are analyzed.On the basis of related theory,this paper set up an evaluation system of which has 13 indexes.It is from the following aspects: diffusion subjects,diffusion receptors,diffusion environment.The index data between 2007 to 2014 are selected.Firstly,the effects of technology diffusion effects of national high-tech zones in western China are analyzed by indicator panel data stratification factor analysis method.13 factors are integrated into 3 factors,and the overall evaluation of diffusion effects of national high-tech zones in western China is calculated,and then makes a comprehensive evaluation.Secondly,this paper applies statistical method and model specification to calculate influence coefficient values of 3 comprehensive factors of technology diffusion effects for regional technology progress.Then the results are analyzed and evaluated.Finally,on the basis of the results of empirical analysis,proposed certain advices for promoting the technological diffusion effects of national high-tech zones in western China.The research shows that,the technology innovation and diffusion ability of the national high-tech zones as the diffusion subjects has the biggest impact on the technology diffusion effects.At present,the development of high-tech zones in western provinces is very unequal.It is not formed for the technology diffusion effects of most of the national high-tech zones in western China.High-tech zones that were established earlier have a strong technological diffusion effect,such as Xi 'an,Cheng Du.Most high-tech zones established later still need to use external force to improve innovation ability.These high-tech zones should use existing advantag es and take effective measures to widen the technical potential difference with the surrounding areas,to promote the diffusion effects,and to realize the common development between high-tech zones with the surrounding areas.
