As technology innovates and the times progress,and the world changes rapidly,the volatility,uncertainty,complexity and ambiguity of the global environment gradually come to the fore,teams in organizations are likely to be caught in various unknown crises,such as chronic stressors or unexpected events,which can negatively affect the efficiency and effectiveness of teams.In response to this phenomenon,increasing numbers of managers are realizing that fundamentally sharpening the mindset of team members and increasing team member engagement are effective approaches to address current challenges and promote team development.Academics are also paying attention to this practical challenge and have introduced the concept of " mindfulness" into the field of management,trying to explore the role of mindfulness in improving management effectiveness and enhancing management efficiency.Previous studies have verified the positive effects of mindfulness on employee work at the individual level from different perspectives,while pointing out that team mindfulness,as a collective cognition,is an important team characteristic for team members to reduce work anxiety,focus on their current work,and thus enhance team innovation performance.In addition,the uncertainty of the environment also places additional demands on corporate innovation.As a high-intensity,high-risk and high-commitment task,innovation can easily cause team members to feel anxious and distracted during the work process,which affects their work concentration and even the efficiency and effectiveness of innovation performance.In this context,companies must pay attention to internal team innovation performance if they want to maintain long-term competitiveness and not be eliminated from the industry.Therefore,against the background of the technological development of the times and with the goal of environmental competitive advantage,exploring the mechanism of action between team mindfulness and team innovation performance is beneficial to the sustainable development of current corporate teams in a realistic manner.Conservation of resources theory suggests that individual resource loss of employees in stressful situations may trigger individual resource anxiety,resulting in the behavior of using existing resources to acquire or develop new resources to reduce resource loss and maintain existing resource levels.The improvement of team innovation performance requires a large amount of resources invested by the team,and team mindfulness provides a grip for team members to replenish and develop their own resources.While reducing the negative emotions of team members,a positive,cordial,inclusive team atmosphere with efficient flow of resources is formed to create a high level of team vitality.Along with team members’ work enthusiasm initiative,work commitment focus,and increasing team satisfaction,team innovation performance is thus developed.In addition,the sharing and circulation of information and knowledge resources within the team is an important factor for team members who focus on their work tasks to continuously improve the level of team vitality,and may have a certain influence on the effective performance of the team’s mindfulness.Meanwhile,the study points out that subject willingness is a prerequisite for behavior,so this paper focuses on the variable of team knowledge sharing willingness and tries to explore the possible boundary effects by using it as a moderating variable.Based on this,this study constructs the model and proposes the corresponding theoretical hypotheses from conservation of resources theory,exploring the impact mechanism of team mindfulness,with team mindfulness as the antecedent variable,team vitality as the mediating variable,team innovation performance as the outcome variable,and team knowledge sharing willingness as the moderating variable.First,we systematically review the existing research results of each variable,and define the concept and connotation,measurement and existing research of each variable.Secondly,four different types of enterprises in Shanxi Province were selected as measurement samples by questionnaire to cover different types of enterprises,by surveying 64 different industry teams and using SPSS 26.0 and Mplus 7.0 statistics analysis software pairs to conduct the analysis.The final results of the study are shown as follows:(1)team mindfulness can promote team innovation performance;(2)team vitality plays a mediating role between team mindfulness and team innovation performance;(3)team knowledge sharing willingness negatively moderates the relationship between team mindfulness and team vitality;(4)team knowledge sharing willingness negatively moderates the mediating role of team vitality between team mindfulness and team innovation performance.This article presents the following innovations:(1)Based on conservation of resources theory,it explores the pathway between team mindfulness and team innovation performance,further expands the study of the mechanism of team mindfulness,and enriches the hierarchical perception of the effectiveness of mindfulness.(2)The mechanism of the positive influence of team mindfulness on team innovation performance through the mediating variable of team vitality is explored,which expands the related research on team innovation performance.(3)The boundary conditions of the utility of team mindfulness are revealed by selecting team knowledge sharing willingness as the moderating variable,and the boundary conditions of the utility of team mindfulness are revealed from the contextual perspective.
