Research On The Promotion Effect And Ways Between S&T Finance And The High-tech Industry Development In The PRD

Starting from the object of the Pearl River Delta(the PRD),this paper mainly focus on the ways of Sci-tech finance,including public and market Sci-tech finance,etc.And with the view of the process of the development of high technology will though four stages,including new technology incubator,transformation,market introduction and high-tech industrialization.According to the current situation and problems of the development of Finance and high tech industry in Triangle Tech,what's the input-output effect of Sci-tech finance? And which is the best way to promote the development of high-tech industry?Therefore,the effect analysis of this paper is mainly based on the three angles of different cities,different stages and different ways of the financial investment.Firstly,through the cluster analysis,it analyzes the input-output effect of finance among different cities;and then with a panel model,it also evaluates the effect of Sci-tech finance among different stages of technological innovation and among different ways of financial investment.For the approach of the technological promotion,by drawing the lessons from the United States,Japan and South Korea,and based on the existing financial support system and the technology innovation stage of the PRD,research shows that the way to promote innovation of Guangzhou and Shenzhen should be depend on market accompanied with the governmental interferes for assist;While Foshan,Huizhou,Dongguan and Jiangmen can combine market forces and government forces;and the other cities could take public sci-tech finance as the center,and supplemented by market finance.Finally,this paper puts forward several reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.
