Research On The Sustainability Of Rural Endowment Insurance

China is a large agricultural country with a huge rural population base.With the economic development,the rural staff structure changes and the population gradually to aging.Rural aggravating problems have increased and sustainability has become a challenge.As an important part of the social security system,rural endowment insurance has a very important significance for the narrowing of urban and rural areas,protecting social and economic development.The old rural endowment insurance,which was implemented in the 1980 s,unsustainable to stop,because the fund run difficult to devalue and treatment can not guarantee the basic needs of life and other reasons.In 2014,the state promulgated endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents and rural endowment insurance has entered a new page.How to sum up the experience,consolidate the results,to avoid the old rural old-age insurance mistakes,to ensure that the current rural pension insurance coordination,sustainable,innovative,progressive and efficient healthy development is placed in front of us need to discuss the problem.The article is divided into the following aspects.The first part mainly elaborates the background,significance,content and research methods of the research,and analyzes the research status quo at home and abroad.The second part,elaborated the related concept,introduced the development of rural endowment insurance in China,and combined with the specific situation of N city in Zhejiang Province.The third part,combined with the specific situation of rural old-age insurance in N city,points out the existing problems,analyzes the factors that restrict the development and cause problems and their causes.The fourth part,the study of developed countries and developing countries,rural endowment insurance system experience to improve China's rural endowment insurance,so that it can be healthy and orderly stable long-term development.The fifth part,through the analysis of the previous chapters,discusses how to deal with the dilemma at the present stage and how to promote the sustainable development of rural endowment insurance.
