Product Warranty Research In Remanufacturing Closed-loop Supply Chain

Remanufacturing refers to a series of technical measures or engineering activities to restore and repair the recycling products and recover their value,instructed by product whole life cycle theory,seeing high quality,high efficiency,energy saving,material saving,environmental protection as the guidelines,using means of advanced production technology and industrialization.Remanufactured goods has unique attribute.Consumer doubts about the quality of the existence.Therefore Re manufacturer must guarantee the quality of the production.Remanufactured product guarantee will in return affect activities of the closed-loop supply chain.On the basis of previous study,this paper studies the quality guarantee of the remanufactured products in the closed-loop supply chain and supply chain coordination problems.This paper firstly combs and reviews related research status of remanufacturing field,expounding relevant theories of product guarantee,recycling in the closed-loop supply chain and supply chain coordination.Secondly,the article build different ways of recovery mode model under guarantees of the closed-loop supply chain.And a numerical example simulation verification is given.Moreover,under specific recovery mode,the article studies optimal warranty period of new products and remanufactured products,the optimal market pricing and the optimal recovery ratio of waste products,using Stackelberg game model,analyzing the various parameters' effect on the changes of the optimal solution in the model.Finally,this paper studies,under guarantee of remanufactured product,the closed-loop supply chain coordination problem.Applying the wholesale price contract and incremental rebate with limited return contract coordination both can coordinate the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain under the guarantee and can achieve the purpose of reasonably allocating the guarantee profits brought by the product guarantee.Main innovation points of this paper are as follows.First of all,to manufactures guarantee problem is put forward in the field of remanufacturing in a new research perspective.Secondly this paper studies remanufactured products' guarantee,simultaneously considering new product guarantee.Doing research on the modes of recycling under remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain product guarantee,it comes to the conclusion that the third party recycling is the most ineffective way of recycling.Moreover the article uses a variety of coordination method to coordinate the closed-loop supply chain under product guarantee.Different contracts and the united contract can both coordinate the performance of the closed-loop supply chain under product guarantees,redistribute the closed-loop supply chain profit,make the profits of manufacturers and retailers better than that of unguaranteed.
