Professional market is evolved from the traditional market,has much bigger management and radiation range.The professional markets of Linyi City started in the 1980 s,has grown into a nationally renowned wholesale trade center which is formed by 128 professional markets.The professional market of China are facing many new challenges to carry out internationalization with the accelerating of economic globalization,and Linyi Municipal Government also put The Internationalization of Linyi Market as the development goal and formulated relevant policies.Based on the above background,this paper using the Literature Analysis Method and SWOT Analysis Method and Case Analysis Method to make a research on The Internationalization of Linyi Market with public policy angel.According to the Sorenson analysis model,a six-step policy analysis process model is proposed to identify the facts,define the problem,establish the target,determine the evaluation criteria,analyze the policy and perfect the policy.Summarized the related research and development experience of the internationalization of professional market,analyzed the basic condition and policy of The Internationalization of Linyi Market,finally proposed countermeasures and suggestions to help The Internationalization of Linyi Market achieve innovation development.Firstly,this paper studied related theories of public policy and professional market,the development course and current situation of Linyi Market professional market,point out the research direction.Secondly,this paper researched development history and present feature of Linyi professional markets,and put forward possibility proposals of The Internationalization of Linyi Market with SWOT Analysis Method.Thirdly,this paper also analyzed existing policies of The Internationalization of Linyi Market.And this paper also pointing out the main shortcomings of the existing policy and its causes.Lastly,this paper and combined with six problems to be solved,we put forward policy recommendations to improve existing policies.Finally,this paper put forward some policy suggestions on constructing the international trade area,accelerating the development of cross-border e-commerce,creating suitable international trade logistics system,improving the international competitive advantage,constructing the international trade procurement system,depth into the "B&R" strategy,creating financial service innovation,building talent highland.
