Along with the increasing familiar witht the importance of mine safety and rolling out the coal mine safety regulations and policies, the safety of coal mines in China have been greatly improved. But in spite of these, there are many frequent coal mine accidents. According to statistics, in the coal mine fatalities in coal mine accidents logistics accounted for 40% or so. Chinese coal industry would undermine its long-term development because of the security constraints and restrictions. Therefore the safety of coal logistics optimization research is necessary.In this paper, we use some theories including industrial engineering theory, systems theory and some related mathematical methods and evaluation of optimization to study the model of coal mine production safety of the logistics system. The next few years, investment of Chinese coal industry, mainly concentrated in mergers and reorganizations, security, investment and technological revamping. Therefore, research on the safety of coal logistics optimization would contribute to help the coal mining enterprises to reduce logistics costs, improve economic efficiency, while improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. Chinese coal will be the formation of healthy competition in the situation.To the logistics system for the coal mine, this paper includes the following innovative researches:First of all we get a coal external security control and optimization of logistics. This article focuses on the logistics of external control in the coal mine safety culture, security, and logistics supply two aspects of the safety of coal mines. So we use evidence theory, FSA, principal component analysis and other mathematical methods to analyze and optimize the hope that the safety of coal mines on the logistics to reach a higher level, to reduce unnecessary accidents. Secondly, to the coal mine ventilation system we get the fault tree analysis and optimization. Gray selected fault tree analysis method, we analysis the mine ventilation system to determine which factors would result in the mine ventilation system, the impact of relatively large and thus pay more attention to these factors and attention to ensure the mine ventilation and personnel safety. Finally, to choose distribution patterns of optimize sales logistics in coal. In this paper, we analysis the current four kinds of distribution patterns (self-distribution, a common distribution, interoperability and distribution, third-party distribution) based on the thesis of SWOT. Thereby we can optimize the coal enterprises of logistics and distribution patterns improve logistics and transport security.At last, we get some concludes with specific recommendations to improve mine safety.
