| Employees’ innovation behavior is the driving force of enterprises.And how to inspire employees’ innovative behavior is what enterprises need to figure out.Both domestic and international scholars have done research on the factors which affect employee’s innovative behavior,but the researches on the relationship between employees’ professional well-being and their innovative behavior are rare.Basing on the background of domestic enterprises,the paper examined the effect of professional well-being on innovative behavior.Meanwhile,the paper introduced two variables,namely organization-based self-esteem and proactive personality.The two variables were used to explore the impact of professional well-being of employees on innovative behavior with the intermediary effect of organization-based self-esteem.The research data were collected through self-made questionnaires.The scale referred to both domestic and international classic questionnaires and did modifications basing on them.After the analyzing and statistics of the pre-test questionnaire data,the formal version of questionnaire is formed.The questionnaires are delivered to domestic employees via three mediums,which are mobile devices,web and paper.436 formal questionnaires are collected and 401 of them are valid.The article used SPSS20.0 to deal with the data of the withdrawing questionnaires,mainly examining the reliability and validity of the questionnaires,and the assumptions proposed by this paper according to the correlation analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis as well.The conclusions are as follows:1.After dividing the dimensions of the major variables according to the factor analysis,there is only one dimension for both innovative behavior and organization-based self-esteem,and there are seven dimensions for professional well-being,which are work value,interpersonal relationship,development prospect,social benefits,self-acceptance,autonomy,and environmental control.In addition,the proactive personality is single dimensional.2.In demographic variables,the schooling of enterprise employees has obvious influence on their innovative behavior,professional well-being,and organization-based self-esteem.And the enterprise property also has obviousinfluence on employees’ professional well-being.Employees’ professional well-being,organization-based self-esteem and the innovative behavior have positive correlation between each other;Employees’ professional well-being has positive influence on the innovative behavior;the organization-based self-esteem plays the intermediary role between employees’ professional well-being and the innovative behavior.Moreover,the organization-based self-esteem plays the intermediary role between the work value and the innovative behavior,between the development prospect and the innovative behavior,between the self-acceptance and innovative behavior,and between the environmental control and the innovative behavior.3.The professional well-being,the innovative behavior and the proactive personality have positive correlation between each other;and the proactive personality plays the regulating role between the professional well-being and the innovative behavior.After analyzing and summarizing the data,and basing on the research result,the paper offered feasible proposals as well as clarifying the contribution the research had made and the existing shortcomings. |
