An Analysis On Reginal Economic Internationalization Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area

Regional economic internationalization is defined as a progress in which regional economic is integrated into the macro cycle of world economy at the background of globalization.It is a progress that the economy of a country or a specific region makes its elements,such as capital,information,labour,resource and so on,supass the regional limits through production,investment,finance and trade,being integrated in to the world economy.Obviously,the region we mentioned here can be a country,or a specific region of a country.February 26 th,2014,Present Xi proposed the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region as a major national strategy.Since then,there are great and historical changes took place in both the concept and connotation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economy development,making the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economy internationalization endued with new mission.Henceforth,the opening up strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is not a narrow thinking pattern any more,becoming a synergetic development mode and integrating into the global economy as a whole.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region covers Beijing,Tianjin and 11 prefecture-level cities of Hebei,with a population of more than one hundred million.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is attracting more and more attention as a new economic region.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economy internationalization we studied in the thesis originates from the national strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergetic development.It is not only the inevitable outcome of carrying out Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergetic development,but also its strategic orientation.Hence,at the background of the in-depth development of China's reform and opening-up policy,there is important practical significance to study the issue of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economy internationalization.The thesis is based on the regional economics and international economics fundamental theory(the second chapter),making the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergetic development as the breakthrough point(the third chapter),analyzing the present status,advantages and remaining problems of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economic internationalization(the third and fourth chapter),concluding the innovative mode and route of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economic internationalization(the fifth chapter),exploring the methods to promote the level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economic internationalization(the sixth chapter).The thesis is focused on such a viewpoint: The mode of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economic internationalization is an innovative international one based on the national strategic platform of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergetic development.It is different from the Yangtze river delta mode and the pearl river delta mode.Beijing-tianjin-hebei regional economic internationalization model is built on and around "" national strategy on the basis of effective docking,by tianjin free trade zone and the integration of " area " pattern,as well as the " area " zhongguancun science and technology support service mode,power beijing-tianjin-hebei internationalization development together.And on this basis,through trade and investment occupy the world market,out of a unique regional economic internationalization road.This is also the innovation of the paper.
