Study On The Development Of Producer Services In Hebei Province From The Perspective Of The Transformation And Upgrading Of Manufacturing

At present,our country accelerates the implementation of the structural reform of supplyside,it focuses on de-overcapacity,de-overstock,deleveraging,lowering costs,and overcoming shortcomings,and provides a new way for the manufacturing transformation and upgrading.In addition,the integration of manufacturing and producer services has become the mainstream trend of the development of modern manufacturing.Nowadays,as a new engine and an important starting point for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing,our country accelerates the development of producer services,promotes the development of manufacturing from low-end to middle and high-end,and realizes the transition from the large manufacturing country to strong manufacturing country.In recent years,Hebei Province as the focus of cutting excessive industrial capacity and reducing the inventory in our country,a large number of traditional manufacturing undergo the overall recession.The task of manufacturing transformation and upgrading is extremely arduous;however,the overall level of development of producer services in the province is relatively low and lagging behind.Therefore,how to accelerate the development of producer services in Hebei Province becomes a chal enging industrial issue.It boosts the province's manufacturing to achieve transfer and run across,and is worth further exploration.The core of the research in this dissertation is the development of producer services in Hebei Province from the perspective of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing.The main contents and conclusions of this dissertation are as follows.Firstly,in order to know the status of the development of the two industries,this dissertation makes a descriptive analysis of the changes in producer services and manufacturing in Hebei Province in recent years.Secondly,based on the research scope and interaction mechanism of producer services and manufacturing,this dissertation builds a comprehensive evaluation index system,and learns from the coupling coordination degree model to measure the coordinate degree of the two industries.The result shows that the development of producer services is relatively lagging behind.Thirdly,this dissertation qualitatively analyses the main factors that restricts the development of producer services,and uses the gray correlation method to analyze the influencing factors of producer services in Hebei Province.The result shows that as far as the overall industry level is concerned,the degrees of influence from large to small as follows: urbanization level,agglomeration level,labor input,the degree of industrialization,economic extroversion,industrial convergence,material capital investment.As far as the six sub-industries are concerned,the degree of influence of each factor shows a difference.Finally,according to the above conclusion and combining with the practical problems in Hebei Province,from the perspective of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing,this dissertation puts forward the following strategies and advices: accelerating urbanization in order to expand the space of producer services,pushing forward the agglomeration development of producer services,promoting the deep integration of productive services and manufacturing,introducing actively and training professional and technical talents,speeding up the internal and external opening and cooperation of producer services,and implementing different policies for the subindustries.
