| The current supply-side reform has become the theme of China’s economic development.The supply-side structural reform has been promoted deeply as a main line in “ three agriculture ”,and the main directions of the reform is to improve agricultural supply quality.Essential y,by resolving the issues of the mismatch in supply and demand,the reform is to improve agricultural efficiency and competitiveness so that to realize the main goal of increasing farmers’ income and ensuring effective supply.As a large agricultural province in China,Hebei is faced with the chal enge of whole province agricultural production large but not strong,more but not fine,overall agricultural not strong and other outstanding issues.Under the guidance of agricultural supply-side reform,it is a very worthy research issue of further discussion about how to explore the effective strategy of improving agricultural competitiveness,do better and stronger modern agriculture,accelerate from a traditional agricultural province to a modern agriculture province transformation,promote agricultural modernization process,and boost the province’s industrial transition and upgrading.The core issue of this dissertation is to study the agricultural competitiveness of Hebei province under the guidance of the agricultural supply-side structural reform.Firstly,based on the definition of the connotation of agricultural competitiveness,this dissertation analyzes the main characteristics of agricultural competitiveness in Hebei province from two dimensions of time and space and performs empirical analysis,which include the time series analysis of agricultural competitiveness based on entropy weight method,the comparative analysis of agricultural competitiveness between adjacent provinces based on shift-share method,and the analysis of agricultural competitiveness in provincial area based on entropy TOPSIS method.Our wish is to find out the advantages and disadvantages of agricultural development in the province and main influence factors of agricultural competitiveness.Secondly,based on the spatial and temporal characteristics of the Hebei province’s agricultural competitiveness combined with the current situation,this dissertation discusses the outstanding problems of promoting the competitiveness of agriculture in Hebei province.For example,the internal structure of agriculture is unreasonable,the agricultural logistics system is not perfect,the agricultural production conditions are not firmly,the agricultural industrialization management level is not high,and the control of the agricultural products market is weak,and so on.Finally,aiming at the existing problems,this dissertation puts forward the corresponding strategies to enhance the competitiveness of agriculture in Hebei province,such as optimizing the agricultural structure,and relying on the structure to enhance agricultural efficiency;strengthening the construction of agricultural logistics system,and boosting the province’s multi-industry integration;reinforcing the basic conditions of agricultural production,and promoting the development of green agriculture;changing the mode of operation,and stimulate the new vitality of agriculture;taking the information and quality as the forerunner,and enhancing the brand influence of agricultural products. |
