In twenty-first Century,Human resources become the core resources of enterprise development,how to regulate employee behavior,and make employees can continue to provide meet the requirements for the enterprise behavior has become the focus of researchers and practitioners.The way of leadership is the direct influence factor to the staff how to work,also is the key research object of management.Due to the influence of Chinese traditional culture,paternalistic leadership exists in Chinese enterprises,so this research will take the obvious China cultural leadership as a research object.The deviant behavior not only seriously damages the normal development of the enterprise,but also causes different degrees of injury to the other employees in the organization.Therefore,how to effectively reduce and even eliminate the possibility of workplace deviant behavior is very important.In recent years,many experts and scholars have thought,paternalistic leadership have significant relationship with employee workplace deviant behavior,and predict work autonomy in the intermediary role between the two.This study through the literature data collecting,collating and analysising,take the paternalistic leadership as independent variables,employee workplace deviance behavior as the dependent variable,and the work autonomy as a mediating variable,and use the 212 valid questionnaire that the employees filled to further explore the relationship among the three and verify the hypothesis.Through the study found that: First,The benevolent leadership and moral leadership have a significant negative effect on the workplace deviance behavior,and authoritarian leadership has a significant positive effect on the workplace deviance behavior;secondly,benevolent and moral leadership make positive effects on work autonomy,but authoritarian leadership make negative influence;thirdly,work autonomy has significant negative effects on workplace deviance.fourth,work autonomy has a partial mediating effect between in paternalistic leadership and employee workplace deviance.Finally,through the data analysis and hypothesis verification,this paper comes to the conclusions of this study,and puts forward some suggestions for management practice,but also points out some defects of this study and some prospects for the research.
