The Research On The Internet-based Open Innovation Platform Governance Mechanism

In the world,the biggest problem facing the economic development is innovation underpowered.In 2003,Henry Chesbrough proposed open innovation.Innovative subjects can acquire innovate resources across borders.The rapid development of Internet technology,further extends the openness of innovation activities,and enhances the liquidity of innovative resources,and seeks innovative resources for innovation main body to provide a more effective technical support.Therefore,the study of open innovation in the perspective of the Internet can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of innovation.With regard to the open innovation research under the Internet perspective,scholars are concerned with the problems of open innovation participants,open innovation platform design,open innovation performance evaluation and so on.There is little research on the Internet-based open innovation platform governance mechanism.In view of this,this paper conducts an exploratory study of Internet-based open innovation platform governance mechanism.The Internet-based open innovation platform governance is an extension of corporate governance theory,but the Internet-based open innovation platform governance is different from corporate governance in governance subject,contract constraint and governance priorities.The Internet-based open innovation platform has an operating system which is different from the traditional organization.The core of the Internet-based open innovation platform is to build an innovative ecosystem.Only more innovative participants join the cooperative innovation,a steady stream of knowledge sharing,in order to enhance the efficiency and quality of the output of cooperative innovation,and further enhance the attractiveness of the innovation platform for innovative participants,and ultimately to form a highly efficient and innovative ecosystem.This paper discusses the Internet-based open innovation platform governance mechanism from two aspects.First,this paper discusses the internal governance of Internet-based open innovation platform from the perspective of power balance.The number of governance subject on Internet-based open innovation platform makes its governance body generalization of existence and the decision-making efficiency drops of potential problems.Therefore,the internal governance of Internet-based open innovation platform needs to achieve the decision-making mechanism,supervision mechanisms and operational mechanisms of mutual checks and balances,to take into account fairness and efficiency,to enhance the attractiveness of the innovation platform for innovative participants,to improve the efficiency and quality of innovation and innovation.Second,this paper discusses the internal governance of Internet-based open innovation platform from the perspective of government regulation.The Internet-based open innovation platform is a new organizational form,with efficient innovation.However,the law has a certain lag,Internet-based open innovation platform in the course of the operation may still exist in the legal blank area.The government through the performance of functions,improve the fair market competition system not only for the constraints,supervision and protection of enterprises,innovative participants to provide a basis for judging,but also for such constraints,supervision and protection of the realization of the creation of mechanisms and the environment.This paper constructs the Internet-based open innovation platform management mechanism,which draws lessons from the theory of political sociology governance,corporate governance theory and network governance theory,and takes into account the Internet-based open innovation platform operating system,operational characteristics,governance objectives,governance mechanism,construction principles and other factors.The Internet-based open innovation platform management mechanism has a strong system and operability.
