Research On Adaptability Of The Higher Education Discipline Structure And Industrial Structure In Hebei Province

The Human Capital Theory and the New Economic Growth Theory emphasize that knowledge,skills and human capital play a decisive role in economic growth.Hence optimization and upgrading of industrial structure must be closely related to education.Higher education is not enough to support economic development.Higher education in Hebei Province should adapt to the upgrading of industrial structure adjust the discipline structure actively,to support industrial structure adjustment.This article mainly studies on the relation between the discipline structure of higher education and industrial structure in Hebei Province.First of all,explain the concepts of discipline structure and industrial structure,and point out that industrial institutions decide to discipline structure,discipline structure in turn promoting industrial structure.The second,analysis of the present situation of higher education,industrial structure and the direction of development in Hebei Province.The last,by analysis on the industrial structure deviation degree,the comparative analysis of employees’ structure,and grey relational analysis,detailedly analyze the relationship between discipline structure and industrial structure adjustment of higher education in Hebei Province.The results show that,the relationship between the structure of higher education and the adjustment of industrial structure in Hebei province has the following some problems.First,the overall level of relevance between higher education structure and industrial structure is not much high.Second,disciplinary structure is not balanced.What’s more,there is not enough attention to basic disciplines.Last,subject supply and demand imbalance,it is lack of scientific predictions and a sound exit mechanism.There are some suggestions.Firstly,rational planning of disciplinary structure adapts to the direction of industrial restructuring.Secondly,use internet data to prepare talent demand,and improve the dynamic adjustment mechanism of disciplinary access.Thirdly,promote the supply-side structural reform of higher education.Finally,paying attention to the training quality of applied talents,cultivate innovative entrepreneurial talents.
