Talent is the core of enterprise resources,in the fierce competition in the market,only by creating high-quality professional and technical personnel in order to gain a foothold in this market battle,a cup of soup.In order to avoid being eliminated by the market.It can be said that the competition in the contemporary market is the competition between technology and talents.Technology is also mastered and applied by talents.It can be said that talents become the core content of competition.If a company has a large number of high-quality personnel,then the enterprise will have the key elements of success.As an important component of human resource management,employee training is also the focus of enterprise resource input and development.In order to realize the development of the organization,often there are plans to carry out training management activities in a variety of ways,the organization of training in order to let employees to the knowledge base and skills updates,to further improve the behavior of individual employees work motivation,so that enterprises can win in the fierce competition environment,and employees can also can be better qualified for the current job or the burden of more senior positions,so as to promote the realization of organizational goals.This article is divided into five parts.The first chapter mainly discusses the research background,purpose and research status at home and abroad,and made the literature summary and the innovation of this paper;the second chapter mainly introduces the theory of related concepts and related models,including the introduction of competency model related concepts and competency model the;The third chapter is an overview of the research on AZ company personnel,including the basic situation of human resources of the company,the status quo and characteristics of the company's technical staff,according to the survey data to establish the competency model to make empirical analysis;the fourth chapter is the analysis of the current situation of AZ company,find out the technical personnel training system there is a training strategy is not clear,training needs analysis is not thorough,the training mechanism is not perfect,lack of supervision and training means and effective communication channel is impeded,and the use of tools for the theory of competency model,combined with the actual needs of AZ company,through to develop talents reserve strategy,incentive mechanism,the establishment of training the design of the training content,the establishment of evaluation mechanism and other measures to construct a set of perfect training system.The fifth chapter is a summary of the overall content of this theoretical research.The construction and application of the system,will effectively promote the development of professional and technical personnel,to help enterprises better selection,use,evaluation,motivation and retain people to promote technological progress and innovation of enterprises,improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,promote the development of enterprises.
