Network support is the basic and core of any kind of reverse logistics, theperformance of logistics management depends on whether or not the design of the reverselogistics network is reasonable. The research of the design of the reverse logistics networkis just under way. Waste electric and electronic equipment, the products that increase andpollute the most, are widely concerned by world and nation. The thesis mainly concerns onthe optimization of reverse logistics network of waste electric and electronic equipment.First, basis on the product characteristics, market environment, resources environmentand social environment, the thesis analyzes function and structure programming of reverselogistics network on waste electric and electronic equipment. And then contentprogramming, including node choice, address integration, transportation optimization,analyze of cost and profit etc.And then, the thesis studies optimal design of reverse logistics network on wasteelectric and electronic equipment. Concerning the given choices of reclaim node,distribution node etc, the integration of establishment and transportation on observe andreverse logistics network, the target is the ultimate of economic and environment benefit ofthe whole network. Multilevel structure contains many nodes and variable, the thesischooses Mixed Integer Linear Programming after comparing different network optimaltheories. Finally it proves the validity of the model through calculation of material data.Finally, the thesis establishes a strategic system of Government macro adjust andcontrol, Enterprise perform and Public participation after analyzes their duty andresponsibility.The thesis concludes the research, considers the characteristics of reverse logisticsnetwork on waste electric and electronic equipment, chooses Mixed Integer LinearProgramming as optimization tool, proves the feasibility and validity of the model, andprovides theory support of optimization of reverse logistics network on waste electric andelectronic equipment. The thesis has some meaning on theory and appliance.
