With the continuous advancement of economic globalization and marketization,the competition between commercial banks is increasing day by day.Bank competition is not only related to the comprehensive strength of banks,market share,business level,etc.,bank management level and quality is one of the core content of its competition.At the same time,the development of Internet finance,relying on information technology management tools and methods to become a new content of competition.The current commercial banking sector,customer-centric commercial bank customer relationship management is a hot topic,customer relationship management if effective,can make the bank harvest excess profits.The central idea of customer relationship management is to combine the information in the customer relationship management system with the business process of the enterprise by means of modern information technology and centralized management as the important strategic resources to share the internal customer resources of the enterprise so that the customer’s The value is fully excavated to help companies get the value of the profits.Based on the above background,this paper discusses the management of customer relationship in commercial banks.Secondly,this paper introduces the theoretical content of this paper,and provides the theoretical basis for the follow-up discussion.Thirdly,combining with the actual situation of S Bank branch of Bank of China,the relationship between customer relationship and customer relationship is discussed.Fourth,the researchl analysis of customer relationship management work,through the design of the questionnaire,the impact of factors to summarize the analysis to find the difficulties to improve the work;Finally,the customer relationship management for the difficult,Put forward the management of the coping strategies.
