Research On The Cooperative Evolution Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises And Cross-border Electricity Business Platform

Small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises as big as the market main body,in the tide of new economy and cross-border electric business platform of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)not only concern to the relationship between survival benefit,also deep influence cross-border electricity industry development.The research of the current scholars has little research on the interaction between the two.The cooperation between SMEs and cross-border e-commerce platforms is the innovation and demand of the new business model of cross-border e-commerce,which needs to be discussed in theory in order to provide effective guidance for practice.So the SMEs and the development of the cross-border electric business platform for collaborative evolution,to explore the main factors of affecting the coordinated development,put forward the corresponding coordinated development mechanism,guiding the healthy development of cross-border electricity industry is particularly important.Based on the previous scholars about SMEs with cross-border electric business platform,in the research of the development of the first coordination with cross-border electric business platform to build SMEs development theory framework,then from the policy level,this paper discusses the dynamic perspective of both the connotation of coordinated development,has been clear about the coordinated development between the two will show the collaboration and coordination in the process of two strategies,both synergy evolution,guide,transformation,link,rely on each other,and eventually formed both coordination and collaboration of binary relation.On the basis of this,the paper analyzes the necessity and influencing factors of the coordinated development of the two,and gives a game explanation about the cooperative development of the two.Cross-border electric business platform in order to further clarify the small and medium-sized enterprises and the collaboration and coordination in the process of collaborative development strategy will be how to evolution and stable,and how the factors affecting the development of collaborative role in the evolution of cooperation behavior strategy problem,this paper build SMEs with the evolutionary game model of cross-border electric business platform,and analyzes the equilibrium and stability of the model,to explore both sides of the equilibrium strategy choice behavior;On the basis of numerical simulation using Matlab to study the effect of different influence factors in the process of evolution game mechanism,system deeply analyze the small and medium-sized enterprises and the co-evolution mechanism of cross-border electric business platform,reveals the dynamic evolution law of cross-border electricity industry policies for the government,cross-border electricity development environment as well as comprehensive control of SMEs enterprises with the healthy growth of cross-border electric business platform to provide positive guidance basis.Under the dynamic perspective,this paper studied the coordinated development of SMEs and cross-border electric business platform of collaboration and cooperation strategy in the process of evolution,the following conclusions:the micro influence factors of collective initial cooperation strategy,excess revenue,revenue share proportion,the proportion of the cost of investment,cost sharing proportion and the evolutionary stable strategy of defaults game for both sides have a significant impact.On the one hand,we should build a fair and healthy competition mechanism and incentive coupling mechanism,reduces the opportunistic behavior in the collaborative process,and coordinates the gap of cost input and income sharing between the two sides.On the other hand,we should build a modern information management system that is led by relevant government departments and supervise by third garty organizations,and strengthen the connection and information sharing between smes and cross-border e-commerce platform enterprises.We will speed up the construction of the credit system for cross-border e-commerce,and improve the system of credit evaluation indicators by means of information technology such as big data.Research conclusion can help government supervision,and encourage SMEs and the coordinated development of cross-border electric business platform,as well as to improve cross-border electricity development environment,support the new economy enterprises growth provides the basis.
