In the era of knowledge economy,the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements play an increasingly important role in the development of social economy.At present,China's scientific and technological achievements are ranking second in the world.However,the success rate of commercialization of scientific and technological achievements is far behind the developed countries.The most important reason is the disconnection of R&D and market,which business model plays the key role.Value proposition,as the core element of business model,leads the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the value proposition in commercialization of scientific and technological achievements to improve the success rate of commercialization in our country.This paper aims to explore the typical defects of value proposition in the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements and put forward measures.Firstly,this paper combs relevant researches on scientific and technological achievements,technology commercialization and value proposition.Secondly,from the perspective of business model,the paper defines the connotation of value proposition,its constituent elements and the connotation of value proposition defects.Then analyzes the objective requirements of successful value proposition,which mainly include two levels:elements and the matching between elements,the matching between value proposition and the other elements of business model including profit model and business activities.Thirdly,the paper defines the connotation of commercialization of scientific and technological achievements and the connotation of value proposition in commercialization of scientific and technological achievements,and analyzes the relationship between value proposition and successful scientific and technological achievements commercialization.Then according to the degree of technological innovation,divide the scientific and technological achievement into incremental technological achievement and radical technological achievement.Based on the objective requirements of value proposition,analyze the typical defects of the value proposition.Fourthly,Analyze the reason of typical defects and put forward improvement strategies.Finally,apply the research results of this paper to two enterprises' practice of commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.This paper studies the typical defects and measures of value proposition in the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements,which can help to improve the practice of commercialization of scientific and technological achievements in our country.
