Study On The Optimization Of Tax Service Under The Concept Of Governing For The People

Under the background of accelerating construction of service-oriented government and its departments,the significance of tax service in tax authorities has been highlighted.But with the development and change in recent years,there are some new problems that deserve attention in the practice of tax service.The theory of governing for the people is formed in the ruling practice of the Communist Party of China.It is the collision and integration of Chinese Traditional People-oriented Thought and Marx's mass view of history.It embodies the basic value orientation of the party's "serving the people" and guides all work.Therefore,based on the "tax service optimization" under the concept of governing for the people as the subject,based on the current development status of the tax service,with the idea of governing for the people as a guide,way to solve the tax service and lack of short board search,play a role in tax services to enhance the quality and efficiency.The overall structure of this paper: first is the introduction,which summarizes the reasons for choosing this topic,sums up the research status of tax service,and expounds the ideas,research methods,innovations and shortcomings.The second part is an overview of the government for the people and tax services,carding theoretical sources,and on this basis to clarify the dialectical unity between the two.The third part is about the analysis of the current situation of tax service in our country,including the overall structure,the concept of governance,the development process and the main results,and from the point of view of governing for the people to examine the problems and causes.The fourth part is the international experience and lessons of tax service,from the two angles of the experience,lessons and focus,reveal its given tax service construction in our country and the enlightenment.The fifth part is to explore the optimization way of paying tax service under the concept of governing for the people,on the basis of the above discussion,based on the basis of the idea of governing for the people,from the view of setting up new ideas,improve the mechanism,strengthen team construction,improve assessment and other aspects,propose ways to optimize the tax service construction in our country.The author has made innovations in the following aspects: first,the innovation of the visual angle.After combing the theory of multidimensional perspective,this article creatively put tax service construction research into the idea of governing for the people,and fully draw on the principles and methods of Marx doctrine to find contradictions and solve problems.Two,both theoretical and practical.The author uses the advantage of work to combine the idea of ruling the people with the actual situation of tax service,and puts forward the choice of ways to perfect the construction of tax service in the current situation.
